The award categories cover a wide range of achievements within the pet industry, from best pet shop and outstanding pet service provider to individual awards recognising personal dedication and innovation. Each category is carefully crafted to ensure that all aspects of the pet industry are represented and celebrated. Our rigorous selection process involves multiple stages, including initial nominations, shortlisting by our expert panel, and final public voting.
